Big Cypress Magic City Gin

Magic City Gin is Miami’s first gin. It’s an American gin distilled in small batches using a vapor infusion process that creates a gentle but defined gin profile. Gin bill includes eleven botanicals: juniper, coriander, vanilla, cassia, orange peel, angelica, oris root, cloves, anise seeds, almonds, and rose hips/petals. The gin is made with a neutral base crafted in‐house from sugar cane distilled three times. Magic City Gin is then rested for five weeks before being bottled at 45% ABV. Magic City Gin has a balanced nose of juniper, citrus, spice, and floral notes. On the palate, the gin is semi‐dry with a smooth light body and provides notes of juniper, citrus, and vanilla‐marzipan up front, and a gentle but long finish of subdued floral notes and a touch of anise.
